Steve Roest appointed as new member of DigitalHealth.London’s Leap Advisory Board

Cambridge, United Kingdom, PocDoc is pleased to announce that our CEO, Steve Roest, is the latest advisory panel member of the DigitalHealth.London Leap Programme. 

This announcement comes after his recent appointment as an SME Advisory Board Member with NHS England. As someone who has previously benefitted from the DigitalHealth. London accelerator programme,  Steve now has the honour of collaborating with other distinguished panel members to guide future innovators and entrepreneurs as they turn their ideas into reality.

The DigitalHealth.London Leap Programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to receive mentorship from a diverse panel, each with their own area of expertise. The panel is comprised of industry leaders who are experts in their fields. Steve’s decades of experience and knowledge allow him to offer strategic guidance for future entrepreneurs and innovators within the Health Tech space. Steve Roest is currently the CEO and co-founder of UK-based company PocDoc. His commitment to the prevention of Cardio, Metabolic and Renal diseases spearheaded the creation of PocDoc which uses proprietary and patented microfluidic assay technology and applied AI platform, HUESnap© for immediate disease assessment and treatment.

In addition to his work at PocDoc, Steve cares deeply about contributing back to the industry and supporting other innovators. He created and hosts the HealthTech Hour, the UK’s leading live HealthTech podcast with over 300,000 streams per month, and has founded the “The Last Friday Club” to give up his time for free at the end of every month to entrepreneurs with business challenges.

Outside of the industry, Steve is passionate about the fight against youth homelessness and supports a Cambridge-based charity that specialises in this area.
